Activation TruckLive after Upgrade

How can I activate TruckLive after upgrading to the Truck Data Center 6/7 of the 2. Generation?

  • Please check whether your vehicle is suitable for TruckLive retrofitting:
    • For Actros/Arocs as of production date 03/2017 and Atego as of production date 01/2019, delivered with Truck Data Centre 6/7 of the 1st Generation, TruckLive can be activated after upgrading to Truck Data Centre 6/7 of the 2nd Generation. The TruckLive activation of your retrofitted vehicle can be done in the My TruckPoint customer portal. If you do not see your retrofitted vehicle in My TruckPoint, please add it to your fleet manually: navigation item “Vehicles” - “Fleet” - “Add new vehicle”.
    • My TruckPoint & TruckLive is currently available in the following markets: AT, BELUX, NL, ES, DE, PT, IT, CH, CZ, FR, PL, UK
    • One of the following pre-installation codes is required: J9N,J9O, J8Y or J8Z.
  • Please create a support ticket via your My TruckPoint portal: My TruckPoint (mercedes-benz-trucks.com)
    Please follow the steps listed in the instructions (Support ticket - TruckLive retrofit).
  • Detailed instructions on how to activate TruckLive can be found in the flyer here.
  • If you do not yet have a My TruckPoint account, please contact your Mercedes-Benz Trucks dealer.

 

Dispo Pilot

How do I perform a cold boot of the DispoPilot.guide?
Cold boot of DispoPilot.guide (1st generation):
1. Press and hold the On / Off button on the upper side of the display.
2. Keeping the On / Off button pressed, briefly press the Reset button on the back of the display.
3. Keep the On / Off button pressed until a dialogue appears (blue screen, dialogue in English).
4. Let go of the On / Off button and confirm the dialogue.
5. The device will now restart autonomously. (Info: This process takes a bit longer than a warm boot.)

Cold boot of DispoPilot.guide (2nd generation):
1. Remove the DispoPilot.guide from its cradle.
2. Press and hold the On / Off button until a grey menu is displayed.
3. Press “Switch off” until the DispoPilot.guide switches off.
4. Press the On / Off button until the Welcome screen appears.
5. Re-insert the DispoPilot.guide into its cradle.
6. On the Welcome screen, press OK.
