Mapping

You always know where your vehicles are and which route they are currently on. Each position is displayed precisely on the digital map in near real time using satellite signals. This allows you to see at a glance whether a vehicle is on the road, in a traffic jam or already at the destination without having to contact the driver.
You will receive information about the status and activity of your vehicles. You can track in near real time whether a vehicle is driving, stationary, idling or has taken a break. The information is continuously updated, so you can immediately see how your fleet is utilised and where there is room for improvement.
In addition to the current vehicle status, the Live Status shows other relevant data such as battery charge level, remaining range, ignition status, kilometer reading and speed.
The route planning is specially designed for your truck. Taking into account all relevant factors such as vehicle dimensions, drive type and current traffic situation, the system automatically calculates the suitable route, tailored to the ideal arrival time.
At the same time, you get a transparent overview of the toll costs incurred per route. This allows you to compare different routes not only according to time and distance, but also according to total costs and select the most economical option in a targeted manner.
If Fleetboard Charge is booked, you can easily check the range and feasibility of a route for electric vehicles with eRange Prediction. Important factors such as vehicle and load weight, topography, current traffic conditions and weather conditions are taken into account. These parameters produce a precise forecast of how far the eTruck can travel under the current conditions. In addition, available charging points appear directly on the map, so that range and charging options are displayed in a coherent overview.
Define virtual zones and Points of Interest (POIs) to specifically monitor movements. You will automatically receive notifications when you enter or leave an area. This means you always know exactly when a vehicle arrives at the desired location or leaves it again - suitable for safe processes, transparent processes and more efficient deployment planning.
Here you will find all relevant information bundled in one place. In addition to the current position, the map view integrates additional data such as vehicle status (driving, standing) depending on the vehicle type and booked services, charging), battery level, kilometer reading, speed, Ignition status, remaining driving and rest times or charging stations. This allows you to immediately see where vehicles are and in what condition they are.
The live position shows the current location of your vehicle in real time and supplements it with all relevant movement data. This includes the current direction of travel, the current speed and the continuous position history, which maps the vehicle’s route without gaps. This creates a precise, up-to-date picture of the current movement.

In the Fleetboard Core package, you already receive clear evaluations of your fleet that prepare decision-relevant KPIs clearly, structured and automatically. This facilitates management decisions. If you book additional packages, additional package-related reports are automatically enabled - for even deeper insights into performance, usage, and efficiency.
The comprehensive KPI report presents all relevant key performance indicators in a clear and structured manner. It provides a quick overview of the handling and efficiency of each vehicle and thereby creates a solid basis for identifying potential for improvement in a targeted manner. The reports are also available in 25 languages, making them easy to understand and use worldwide.
Fleetboard Core - right from the start
With Fleetboard Core, you start fully networked from the first kilometre: For new vehicles, the service will be an integral part of vehicle sales. All vehicles (Actros/eActros, Arocs, Atego, Econic/eEconic) from production date January 2027 will receive Fleetboard Core for 36 months directly ex works - for high transparency, efficiency and control in your daily fleet work.
