Whether it’s the battery status, current charge level, remaining charging time or charging history - you get full transparency about every charging process at any time and from any location, whether at the depot or at public charging stations. This allows you to understand and optimise the charging behaviour of your vehicles and the entire charging infrastructure in a targeted manner.

Get a complete overview of all charging processes for your Mercedes-Benz eTrucks - both at the depot and on the road. By connecting your charging stations to our backend, Charge Management orchestrates all interactions with your electric vehicles. This makes charging processes more efficient, increases the operational readiness of your fleet and optimally supports processes in the depot.
Get complete transparency of all charging processes - regardless of whether a charging station is connected. The data is transmitted directly from the vehicle and offers full transparency over every charging process - anytime and anywhere.
This uniform transparency also helps you to better understand charging behaviour both at the depot and in the public charging network - including battery level, charging status, remaining charging time and charging history.
To further increase depot efficiency, Smart Energy Allocation (SEA) optimises the charging process through intelligent energy balancing and automatic load peak reduction. By reducing charging peaks through real-time load management, SEA reduces power-dependent electricity costs, ensures that each vehicle reaches its target SoC, and at the same time supports more sustainable energy use - without any manual intervention.
To ensure smooth operation, the planning tool enables proactive coordination of charging operations and seamlessly integrates with your existing workflows.
Individual settings such as departure times and target battery states ensure that your trucks are sufficiently charged and preconditioned at the required time.
In the event of unscheduled events such as late arrivals or unexpected charging breaks, you will receive immediate notifications - by email, in the portal or in the mobile app.
If you have booked "Fleetboard Core", check whether a route is feasible with your Mercedes-Benz eTruck. All important variables such as vehicle and load weight, topography, current traffic conditions and weather conditions are taken into account in order to create a reliable range forecast. In addition, suitable charging stations along the route are shown on the map.

With Fleetboard Charge, you are optimally prepared for electromobility from the outset: The service will be directly integrated into vehicle sales and is available to you without any detours. All eActros and eEconic vehicles from production date January 2027 benefit from a clear added value: Fleetboard Charge is included ex-works for 36 months—for full transparency and efficient charging management in daily use. Planning certainty and transparency regarding occupancy, energy flows and revenues are guaranteed at all times. As a guest in the TruckCharge Network, you get access to participating depots throughout Europe - ideal for plannable routes and spontaneous stops. The digital platform makes searching, reserving and billing easy; The app and charging card ensure smooth processes on the go.
